Nigeria produces yet another wonderful musician.
Ashimi Olawale, better known as “Brymo”, was born in
Lagos, Nigeria to a carpenter (father) and a trader (mother). Brymo became
widely recognized when he partnered with another very popular Nigerian artist
named Ice Prince in his song Oleku. After Oleku topped charts,
Brymo decided to release his single Ara (which apparently means ‘wonders’),
which also topped the charts in Nigeria.
I gotta say, I love this song and I’m looking
forward to the release of his album ‘Son of a Carpenter’ later this year.
